The person will also be advised against exposing the skin to the sun for at least a month prior to going ahead with skin resurfacing. Also, there are generally some special creams and lotions given to the people who are looking ahead to use this procedure on themselves. These creams and lotions need to be used at least for a month before the skin resurfacing is done.

Who should not go for Skin Resurfacing?

People will very deep wrinkles will find this to be a difficult procedure for them because the high energy lasers that will need to be used to treat them are liable to leave burn marks behind. Skin resurfacing through laser surgery is also not advised for people who have darker complexions, because it can lead to ungainly pigmentations on such skin.
